I specialise in the following areas:
- legal translations (contract law, Italian property law, real estate, conveyancing, business)
- some areas of finance (financial statements, balance sheets, explanatory notes)
- websites, with special emphasis on writing for the web and sales copywriting
- marketing documents such as brochures, press releases
- editorial (magazine articles requiring a certain flair and style of writing)

Sworn translations
Translation of public deeds with interpreter’s signature: Eur 50 plus VAT supplement per document (on top of normal translation and interpreting rates).
Sworn translation in court: normal translation rate plus Eur 90 plus VAT swearing-in fee for the first document, Eur 50 plus VAT for each document thereafter, plus revenue stamps (Eur 14.62 per document) and postage charges if applicable.
Prices include time, transport and expenses.
Interpreting
Eur 50 per hour plus 20% VAT. 3 hour minimum. Price includes transport and expenses in the province of Brescia only. Outside Brescia, expenses will be charged separately.
Linguistic and property consulting
Linguistic and property consulting in the Lake Garda area includes hands-on assistance with all aspects of purchasing property through our associated network of Italian estate agents complete with project management and after-sales furnishing and management services including lettings management. Linguistic and property consulting in the rest of Italy: assistance is not hands-on as I do not travel personally to other areas of Italy, but email/phone consulting and translations and can usually be provided on a fixed fee basis, to be agreed in advance. Please contact me for more information.
